Anna-Maria Kirchner has been appointed as the Head of Global Sales of Finnair Cargo starting September 15.

Finnair Cargo said Kirchner has long experience in sales and business in the global airline industry. Before joining Finnair, she worked as a manager for Global Sales and Business Development for Emirates and as a senior manager for Air Berlin.

Kirchner, for her part, also signalled enthusiasm for joining Finnair.

"Air cargo business is still settling into a new reality after the pandemic years, which creates many opportunities for one of the oldest operating airlines," she said.
