ONE has announced the launch of ONE Finance on its e-commerce portal.

ONE Finance will allow users to check the overall outstanding payment status, view and download invoices and a list of Bill of Ladings (BLs), download the Statement of Accounts (SOA), raise disputes, and view ONE’s bank details directly in the platform.

"We are pleased to announce that ONE Finance, a new feature within ONE eCommerce portal, will be available starting September 26, 2023," ONE said in a brief announcement.

It added that in selected countries where ePayment is available, users will be redirected to the ePayment portal when making payments. 

The ONE Finance platform is available via ONE eCommerce portal under the “Finance” tab after login.
