Ocean Network Express (ONE) has announced the signing of a share purchase agreement for a 30% stake in Hutchison Laemchabang Terminal Limited (HLT) located in Laem Chabang, Thailand.
The Singapore-headquartered shipping line said HLT is an integral part of Thailand's Eastern Economic Corridor and serves as a strategic gateway in Southeast Asia.

"Our investment in HLT marks a significant milestone in our strategy to secure capacity in key gateways globally. HLT's industry-leading capabilities, as well as its commitment to advanced port technology align perfectly with ONE’s focus on operational excellence and innovation," he said.
"By deepening our partnership with Hutchison Ports, customers can benefit from enhanced reliability and efficient solutions within this essential trade hub."
ONE said the share purchase is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
