dnata has appointed Steve Allen as its new divisional senior vice president of UAE airport operations and Mark Gibb as its new senior vice president of safety and standards.

According to dnata, Allen joined the company in 2008 as vice president of operations and became vice president of performance development in 2011. He was previously at British Airways, where he worked for 15 years.

Gibb joins dnata from energy company Veresen. He has also worked in senior positions at Nexen and Shell, and has more than 25 years of experience, according to dnata.
