Kerry Logistics Network Limited has signed an agreement with Tuvia Group for the acquisition of a majority stake in Tuvia Italia, S.p.A., a logistics subsidiary of the Italian holding company.

According to Kerry, Tuvia Italia S.p.A., will be integrated into its European network. The management team will continue to be led by Alessandro Canese, managing director.

Kerry Logistics’ existing Italian client base will benefit from Tuvia’s expertise and full range of services. We will further develop our offering in the region and enhance our freight forwarding capabilities in providing innovative solutions to meet the ever-changing business needs of our clients.”

Tuvia Italia S.p.A. is headquartered in Milan and has offices in Nerviano, Trieste, Venice and Verona. It is an Authorised Economic Operator, a certified International Air Transport Association agent and a member of the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations.

The addition of Tuvia is in line with Kerry’s expansion in Europe, which includes recent acquisitions in Spain and Germany.
