The Aeroflot Group carried a total of 303,881 tonnes of cargo and mail in 2018, a year-on-year increase of 11.2%, according to operating results released by the company.
International cargo flown grew by 11.6% to 171,148 tonnes.
Overall capacity increased by 8.7%, while the load factor grew by 0.5 percentage points to 69.3%.
Excluding the group’s three other airline subsidiaries, Aeroflot itself flew 223,831 tonnes of cargo in 2018, a decrease of 1.2%, but international cargo and mail grew by 2.4% to 148,680 tonnes.
At the end of 2018, the Aeroflot Group’s fleet stood at 366 aircraft.
