Kuehne + Nagel has been awarded a three-year logistics contract by Singapore Airlines for the refurbishment of 14 of its Airbus A380 aircraft.

According to Kuehne + Nagel, it will provide end-to-end digital support and manage the material from pick-up at suppliers via all modes of transport to a Singapore-certified aerospace logistics hub, where the material is received, inspected, kitted and handed over to hangar maintenance in time and sequence.

Over 300 aircraft have been refurbished with the help of the KN InteriorChain solution and are back in operation, according to Kuehne + Nagel.
