CMA CGM has launched its Red Sea Express 3 service, a new connection between Djibouti, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Singapore and China.

According to CMA CGM, the new service will offer access to the Ethiopian market through Djibouti and coverage of the Red Sea. It will offer a transit time of 20 days from Shanghai to Djibouti.

The REX3 service has a port rotation of: Shanghai – Ningbo – Nansha – Shekou – Singapore – Djibouti – Jeddah – Sokhna – Aqaba – Djibouti – Singapore – Ningbo – Shanghai.

The service is operated in partnership with APL through a swap agreement, according to CMA CGM.
