David Kerr, senior vice president of Etihad Cargo, will be leaving the company at the end of 2017 to pursue another opportunity within the industry.

According to Etihad Cargo, Kerr will continue to lead the carrier until the end of the year. His successor will be announced in the coming months.

“During his seven-and-a-half-year tenure, Etihad Cargo’s business trebled to become a billion-dollar organization,” said Peter Baumgartner, chief executive officer of Etihad Airways. “I would personally like to thank David for his tremendous work and to wish him well for the future.”
