MSC will be cancelling its Condor Asia-Europe service from September 14, 2015.
The Condor service is operated in conjunction with Maersk Line and has a nominal capacity of 9,500 TEUs per week. It will be deployed as a seasonal service if there is sufficient demand.
According to MSC, performance analysis of the new Asia-Europe network, launched in January 2015, has meant that the company has been able to optimize how capacity is allocated.
MSC is planning further optimization of its Asia-Europe network. Changes and details will be published between August 17 and August 21, 2015.
