Nominations for the 2021 AFLAS Awards are now open. This is your opportunity to nominate the best freight, logistics and supply chain providers across a host of categories.
The awards, which are presented by Asia Cargo News to companies operating in Asia and globally, are awarded through a three-step process. At the nomination stage, industry input is crucial. It is through the nominations of readers and other industry-savvy professionals that we will arrive at the shortlist of finalists who meet the rigorous standards established by Asia Cargo News. Those finalists will then be voted on by readers of the magazine to determine the winners, who will collect their awards in September.
This year we are introducing two new awards this year to represent changes and growth within the industry: Best Logistics Service Provider – E-Commerce, and Best Logistics Service Provider – Warehousing will recognize leaders in these rapidly evolving and expanding areas.
The awards are designed to honour the respective winning organizations for demonstrating leadership as well as consistency in service quality, innovation, customer relationship management and reliability.
Many firms have shown outstanding innovation and leadership in the past 12 months, and we are sure this year’s awards will be very illuminating. We welcome your input in helping to determine this year’s shortlist.
Please take a few minutes to complete as much of the nomination as you feel able to. It is up to service users to use their overall, first-hand experience to determine which service providers should be nominated.
Guidelines for each category are included on each nomination page.
Following the nomination round, the names of the top eight nominees will appear in the final ballot. A technical evaluation round will be carried out by Asia Cargo News to ensure that only nominations meeting the technical criteria are considered.
The nomination period will end on February 28, 2021, and the awards will be presented at a gala dinner in September 2021.
