CMA CGM ADJUSTS SOME SERVICES DUE TO ONGOING CONGESTION IN ASIA

CMA CGM announced that it is making changes to some of its Asia services citing congestion issues in the region.

"To ensure service reliability during the ongoing congestion in Asia, the rotation of SHAKA 2 service had to be adjusted until further notice, following our partner’s decision," the French maritime and logistics firm said in a statement.

It noted that Yantian and Hong Kong will be taken out of the Southbound rotation, while Port Louis and Hong Kong will also be taken out of its Northbound rotation.
