Swiss WorldCargo has launched a brand identity campaign which places more focus on the customer.
According to Ashwin Bhat, head of cargo at Swiss International Air Lines, the objective of the new campaign is to show how Swiss WorldCargo helps its customers to be successful.
“In a world of commoditization, it is imperative that we differentiate and further highlight our core capabilities,” he said. “With the new advertising campaign, we aim at further strengthening our brand promise and values and at demonstrating that we will continue ‘delivering success’ to our customers.”
The company has chosen three visuals showing examples of how it helps its customers: an art shipment for an exhibition, a consignment to a medical research lab, and an urgent spare part for a shipping line.
The three case studies illustrate the carrier’s range of products and services, as well as its collaboration with its business partners, according to Swiss WorldCargo.
