“As one of the world’s busiest freight destinations, Kuala Lumpur is crying out for cargo carriers that can support a wide range of cargo flows,” said John Cheetham, regional commercial manager for Asia Pacific and India at IAG Cargo. “IAG Cargo delivers against these requirements by providing businesses with access to one of the world’s largest cargo networks and a wide range of high-quality premium products. We therefore look forward to playing a role in helping enable Malaysia’s future success.”

The flight is operated by a British Airways Boeing 777-200ER, offering up to 15 tonnes of capacity. It departs Heathrow every evening at 20:15 and arrives at Kuala Lumpur at 16:00 local time the following day. The return flight departs Kuala Lumpur at 23:05 and arrives at Heathrow at 05:25 the next day. The early morning arrival means that cargo will be able to connect to almost any destination in IAG Cargo’s network.
