AIR CANADA BOOSTS FLIGHTS TO DELHI, MELBOURNE AND OSAKA

Air Canada will increase the frequency of its flights from Vancouver to Delhi, Melbourne and Osaka next year.

 

According to the airline, the Delhi flight will go from four-weekly to daily on a year-round basis from June 2, 2019. The non-stop flight to Melbourne will be increased from thrice-weekly to four times a week year-round on June 3, 2019. In addition, Air Canada will operate its seasonal Osaka (Kansai) flight five times weekly from June to October next summer.

The Delhi and Melbourne routes are operated by Boeing 787-9s, while the Osaka flight will be operated with a 787-8.

 

“We are pleased to increase our capacity to these important markets as we continue to strategically broaden our international network from our Vancouver hub,” said Mark Galardo, vice president of network planning at Air Canada.
