Members of THE Alliance — Hapag-Lloyd, Ocean Network Express, Yang Ming and Hyundai Merchant Marine — have announced service adjustments for November which include void sailings as well as other service adjustments to its existing services to reflect the ongoing impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the global shipping.

The schedules reflected maintained sailings for Asia-Europe's FP1/FP2 weekly sailings and FE2/FE3 schedules except for the FE2 (week 45) and FE3 (week 47).

The FE4 service will also be temporarily suspended. THE Alliance said, however, that it will continue the Extra Loader Program with sailings on Week 45 to 48 in November. 

For its Asia-Mediterranean service, MD1/MD2/MD3 will maintain their weekly sailings in November, except for the MD2 and MD3 on Week 44 and MD1 on Week 48 that will be voided.

All Asia-Middle East services maintained

For the Transpacific-West Coast schedule, the shippers said all PSW and PNW loops will maintain their weekly sailings in November except for the following PS3 Asia-India-Asia leg: PS3 Asia to India – Week 44, 46 void and PS3 India to Asia – Week 46, 48 also to be voided.

THE Alliance said for its Transpacific-East Coast service via Panama and Suez Canals, all USEC loops will maintain their weekly sailings in November, although EC3 on week 45 and 48 will be voided.

For its Asia-Middle East operations, the shippers announced that it will maintain all sailings in November. 

Meanwhile, THE Alliance said for the Transatlantic services, all sailings will be maintained, although AL1 and AL4 will be voided on Week 44 and AL1, also voided on Week 48.

THE Alliance said since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, it has acted with speed and agility to keep supply chains moving, and have done everything in their power to continue doing so.
