CARGOLUX APPOINTS NEW HEAD FOR WEST AND NORTH EUROPE

Cargolux has appointed Gerard Ter Bruggen as its new regional director of West and North Europe.

 

Self Photos / Files - Gerard Ter BruggenTer Bruggen took up his new role in Amsterdam on January 1, 2016 and will be responsible for the Baltic states, the Benelux countries, Scandinavia and the UK.

 

“We are very pleased to have Gerard in our team of six regional directors in Area 2 (Europe, Africa, Middle East and Indian subcontinent),” said Niek van der Weide, executive vice president of sales and marketing at Cargolux. “His vast experience and excellent contact with the major customers are an important factor and will certainly help Cargolux to further expand and strengthen the relationships with our clients.”

 

Ter Bruggen was previously cargo manager of North and Western Europe at Qatar Airways. He has also worked at Martinair, Pan American World Airways, Dragonair Cargo and Cargo B Airlines.
