Hapag-Lloyd has installed a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) tank on its 23,600 TEU and dual-fuel propulsion containership, "Berlin Express".

The ocean carrier said the vessel is the first of twelve new buildings with 23,600 TEU and dual-fuel propulsion.

Hapag-Lloyd shared the video of the LNG tank installation on its LinkedIn page.

"See how the new LNG tank of our "Berlin Express" was installed," the shipping line said.

It added that the LNG tank was installed during the construction of the vessel at the Hanwha Ocean shipyard in South Korea.

The containership was delivered to Hapag-Lloyd on June 14.
