UPS LAUNCHES LIVE-MAP TRACKING SERVICE

UPS has launched Follow My Delivery, an upgrade to its My Choice service which allows customers to track the location and progress of UPS Air and UPS Worldwide Express packages on a live map.

 

The new service is now available to more than 22 million customers in the US.

 

“We have continually improved the industry’s most powerful tool of its kind and today we made it even better,” said Teresa Finley, chief marketing officer of UPS. “Follow My Delivery is the latest example of how we use technology to improve the e-commerce consumer delivery experience from the point of purchase to the time of delivery.”

 

The My Choice service was introduced in 2011, according to UPS.
