CMA CGM TO UPGRADE ASIA-NORTH EUROPE SERVICES

CMA CGM will upgrade its service offering on the Asia-North Europe trade with a new service and several new calls on existing services.

 

The EPIC service will call at Jeddah instead of Beirut and Port Said. The first voyage will begin in Southampton on May 21, 2016, with the UASC Al Khor, on 095EPE.

 

The new rotation will be: Southampton – Rotterdam – Hamburg – Antwerp – Dunkerque – Le Havre – Jeddah – Djibouti – Khor Fakkan – Jebel Ali – Port Qasim – Nhava Sheva – Mundra – Malta – Tanger – Southampton.

 

From May 25, 2016, the FAL 23 service will no longer include an eastbound call at Jeddah, and a Hong Kong call will be added.

 

The new port rotation will be: Antwerp – Hamburg – Felixstowe – Rotterdam – Le Havre – Port Kelang – Chiwan – Hong Kong – Shanghai – Ningbo – Yantian – Vung Tau – Port Kelang – Le Havre – Rotterdam – Antwerp.

 

The first voyage will start in Hamburg with the Salahuddin, on 056FFE.

 

From May 26, 2016, a call at Jebel Ali will be added to the FAL 1 service. According to CMA CGM, this will become the only service offering connections with ports in the Gulf.

 

The port rotation will be: Southampton – Dunkerque – Hamburg – Rotterdam – Zeebrugge – Le Havre – Malta – Khor Fakkan – Jebel Ali – Shanghai – Tianjin Xingang – Dalian – Busan – Qingdao – Shanghai – Ningbo – Yantian – Port Kelang – Algeciras – Southampton.

 

The first voyage will start in Hamburg with the CMA CGM Vasco de Gama, on 087 FLE.

 

A new service called FAL 7 will begin on June 8, 2016 with the APL Sentosa, on 002PFE.

 

It will have a rotation of: Qingdao – Shanghai – Ningbo – Hong Kong – Yantian – Singapore – Rotterdam – Hamburg – Gdansk – Gothenburg – Antwerp – Southampton – Singapore – Yantian – Qingdao.
