YANG MING, ONE ANNOUNCE 2025 TRANS-PACIFIC SERVICE NETWORK

Yang Ming has unveiled its 2025 Trans-Pacific service network, which will enter into effect in February 2025.

 

The Taiwanese container shipping company said in response to the upcoming change within alliance membership, Yang Ming will refine its Trans-Pacific service network starting February next year.

 

The enhanced network will feature 13 loops covering both the Asia—US West Coast and the Asia—US East Coast, continuing to provide a robust network and reliable services.

 

The port rotation details of 2025 Trans-Pacific services are as follows:

 

Asia-US West Coast South service: 6 loops

 

FP1 (Far East-Pacific 1): From Europe - Singapore - Kobe – Nagoya – Tokyo – Los Angeles/Long Beach – Oakland – Tokyo – Shimizu – Kobe – Nagoya – Tokyo – Singapore – To Europe.

 

PS3 (Pacific South 3): Nhava Sheva – Pipavav – Colombo – Port Kelang – Singapore – Cai Mep – Haiphong – Yantian – Los Angeles/Long Beach – Oakland – Tokyo - Pusan – Shanghai – Ningbo – Shekou – Singapore – Port Kelang – Nhava Sheva.

 

PS4 (Pacific South 4): Xiamen – Yantian – Kaohsiung – Keelung – Los Angeles/Long Beach – Oakland – Keelung – Kaohsiung – Xiamen.

It also added AP1 (Asia Pacific 1) service: Haiphong – Cai Mep – Shekou – Xiamen – Taipei – Ningbo – Shanghai (Yangshan) – Los Angeles/Long Beach – Oakland – Shekou – Haiphong.

 

AHX (Asia Hawaii Express): Pusan – Yokohama – Honolulu – Pusan; and WIN  (West India North America) service: Bin Qasim – Hazira – Nhava Sheva – Mundra – Damietta – Algeciras – New York – Savannah – Jacksonville – Charleston – Norfolk – Damietta – Jeddah – Bin Qasim.

 

ONE said in alignment with its established planning cycle for the shipment year, services are typically unveiled in the fourth quarter. However, the ocean carrier noted that it acknowledges that many of its valued Transpacific customers possess contracts extending beyond February 2025.

 

"Hence, we would like to present our 2025 Transpacific product overview in advance, ensuring clear visibility of our dedication to serving your transportation needs," ONE said.

 

Jeremy Nixon, CEO of ONE, noted that following the long-term partnership with HMM and YML within THEA scope on the Pacific and the addition of the already announced ONE independent WIN and AP1 services from April 2024, ONE will deploy 16 core weekly services on the Trans-Pacific trade from February 2025.

 

"The emphasis will be on quality end-to-end direct services with high schedule reliability. The core products will include sufficient sea speed buffers and are designed so that the impact of Hapag's departure in 2025 will have a minimal impact on ONE's network and customers over the post-CNY disengagement period," Nixon said.

 

ONE added that service details may be adjusted subject to further announcement, and more information will be announced separately in due course.
