Boeing has finalized an order for four 777 freighters with Qatar Airways. The intent to place the order was first announced at the 2014 Farnborough Airshow in Farnborough, England.

Qatar Airways Cargo operates a fleet of seven 777 freighters and four Airbus A330-200 freighters.

Boeing has also finalized a purchase agreement with Silk Way West Airlines for three 747-8 freighters. Based in Baku, Azerbaijan, Silk Way West flies to 15 destinations across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, with a fleet consisting of two 747-8Fs, three 747-400Fs and two 767-300Fs.
