DHL Express and electric vehicle maker StreetScooter introduced their new H2 Panel Van elective delivery vehicle at the 2019 Green Tech Festival in Berlin. Although larger delivery companies are increasingly turning to electric vehicles, some fleet owners find the initial upfront cost to be a significant hurdle.
